These Messaging Terms apply to informational and transactional text messages sent by Jeffrey D. Hunt, PLLC.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of obtaining legal services from Jeffrey D. Hunt, PLLC.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data rates and terms apply.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to opt out. The Firm will also honor other reasonable communications indicating that you no longer wish to receive text messages, as required by applicable law.

After an opt-out request, the Firm may send a nonpromotional message confirming that the opt-out has been processed.

Sensitive Information

Do not send Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, payment-card information, medical records, detailed tax records, original estate-planning documents, or other highly sensitive or confidential information by text message unless the Firm specifically directs you to provide the information through an approved secure method.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Opting in to text messages or exchanging preliminary communications does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.

Our collection and use of mobile information are described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, mobile telephone numbers, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
